Coach

I have been CrossFit training for two years now and started because I missed being in a competitive setting after finishing sports. I love CrossFit because it brings out the competitiveness in everyone, but at the same time keeps a community atmosphere where everyone supports each other. I played competitive baseball my entire life and through high school and had the opportunity to win a CIF championship at Dodgers Stadium. Being in sports all my life allowed me to pick up on CrossFit movements very fast and I wanted to become a coach to share my knowledge and help others. My coaching style is all about chill vibes and big smiles!

When I am not in Crossfit I spend my time outdoors tanning, surfing, or playing golf. I am currently finishing up college at Cal State University San Marcos majoring in Environmental Science. After college, I plan to pursue a career as a Firefighter/Paramedic.
