Sweat

Tailored for those seeking a cardio-intensive workout without the complexity of heavy lifting, our 45-minute Sweat classes emphasize straightforward movements using bodyweight, dumbbells, and medicine balls. Guided by expert coaches, these sessions begin with a warm-up, followed by detailed instruction and modification options for the day's exercises.
